例如：倒帶錄製技術 Backmasking ( Reverse-Record)；樂器Mellotron；印度樂器Swarmandal；Tape-Loops技術；漸入及漸出技術 Fade-out/Fade-in coda；大提琴 (Cello) 及 銅管 (Brass) 等樂器由製作人George Martin指揮。

在錄製完成《Revolver》整個專輯後，樂隊本來打算把Strawberry Fields Forever 收錄於在之後的推出專輯《Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band》，由於唱片公司及管理公司極力反對，要求他們以新作品獨力形式推出單曲。對此一事，樂隊感到不滿。

之後，歌曲在1967年被收錄於美版《Magical Mystery Tour》。之後，John Lennon認為歌曲是他在樂隊The Beatles的完美作品。

該歌曲獲得了不少殊榮，擠身當時歐美音樂流行曲排行榜。在英國地區，獲得了銀色(Silver) 唱片的殊榮。歌曲被列入：搖滾名人堂、格莢美名人堂及滾石雜誌500首最佳歌曲之一。

Strawberry熱潮，引起狂熱粉絲到當地英國利物浦參拜，令到當地成為了著名景點。另外，在John Lennon遇襲後，在紐約中央公園的一處 (Section) 命名為 Strawberry Fields。
